Northwest - Seattle

Puget Sound SIGCHI
Relevant topics monthly meetings discuss interface design, usability, human factors research and technology. Nationally recognized speakers and regional professionals from Microsoft, Boeing, web companies and design firms make this one of the most active SIGCHI local chapters in the country. Annual tutorials are also offered.

Puget Sound American Marketing Association (PSAMA)
PSAMA offers local marketing professionals opportunities for networking, access to current and evolutionary marketing methods, and a place to exchange ideas. A variety of monthly activities are offered.

NW-Seattle Chapter, Customer Relationship Management Association (CRMA)
CRMA is the premier information forum for business professionals interested in development, management and execution of Customer Relationship Management. Quarterly meetings engage nationally prominent CRM experts with audience members.

Experience Design / AIGA Seattle Chapter

Puget Sound Research Forum (PSRF)

CHI 2003 Annual Meeting, April 5-10, 2003
The CHI 2003 Conference on Human Factors in Computing Systems will take place in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, April 5-10, 2003. The annual conference is the leading international forum for the exchange of ideas and information about computer-human interaction (CHI). This year’s special interest topic is e-learning.

’DUX 03: Designing for User Experience , June 5-7, 2003
DUX'03 recognizes that design for user experience is a multi-faceted and multi-disciplinary undertaking that requires the participation of many disciplines and professionals in order to deeply understand who users are, what a quality user experience is and how to deliver and execute design that truly meets user needs and goals.

This conference, held in San Francisco, will look at all facets of the product / service development lifecycle and at other facets of a business a decisions are made that affect the user.

North American Conference on Customer Management, Nov. 2-5, 2003
This conference, to be held in Orlando, FL., has attracted a truly awe-inspiring line-up of world-class keynote speakers, including, Tom Peters and Stephen Covey. Seven key tracks (42 sessions) will cover customer service, CRM, business leadership, marketing, contact center management and customer experience management.
